Cirrus class lightship

Cirrus class lightships have been highly classified since their inception due to the sensitive nature of their missions.

Lightships are named due to their inherent ability to bend light around their hull. Equipped with this cloaking system, lightships are therefore premiere infiltration units often deployed deep into enemy territory for sabotage, search & destroy as well as assassination missions.

Though lightships do not possess much in terms of weaponry, its single spinal mounted "starfire" laser is powerful enough to rip through the shields and armour of capital ships with ease.
